Dexter transitions to Range Sports from Paradigm, where he was instrumental as a co-founder of the Paradigm Sports Group. His distinguished career at Paradigm spans over a decade, during which he was pivotal in securing major content deals and advising prominent sports organizations. Range Sports' Chief Revenue Officer, Lowell Taub, expressed enthusiasm for Dexter's expertise, highlighting his reputation for finalizing significant agreements with top-tier sports properties and content platforms.
In his newly established position, Dexter will be tasked with overseeing the representation of unscripted sports production entities and showrunners. Furthermore, he will foster collaboration across various internal departments, including Range's media rights team and Range Studios' non-scripted television division. Dexter's past achievements include orchestrating the packaging and sale of notable documentaries, such as the Imagine Dragons' film to HBO and the Shawn Mendes' feature to Netflix. He also played a key role in the deal for "The Masked Singer" with Fox and the Billie Eilish documentary with Apple, in addition to negotiating media rights for the Savannah Bananas and the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson boxing event for Netflix.
